Chartered Town Planner
Andrew Ayles (Director) is a Chartered Town and Country Planner having been elected as a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in November 2002. Prior to setting up his independent town planning consultancy Andrew gained 16 years’ planning experience in both the public and private sector working in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Since the company was founded AJ Planning have successfully represented a wide range of clients including housing association, housing developers, Private Estate, retail, and commercial operators.
The practice further welcomes the opportunity to support individuals to navigate their way through the planning process in relation to smaller householder projects and/or one off projects.
We enjoy working with fellow consultants in the built environment profession including architects, surveyors, ecologists, highway, heritage and arboricultural consultants. Since setting up the company we have established an active network of key and trusted consultants throughout the U.K.
