PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION (PAC): MAJOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR CONVERSION OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND NURSERY TO CREATE 19 NO. APARTMENTS, AND A NEW BUILD HOUSE IN MULTIPLE OCCUPATION (HMO) AND ASSOCIATED DEVELOPMENT THERETO

AJ Planning. has been instructed by BCM Property Ltd, to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed full planning application for the proposed demolition of the existing property and redevelopment of the site for residential development and associated works at the Former Baneswell Community Centre, St Mary Street, Baneswell, Newport, NP20 4DG.

Prior to formal submission to Newport City Council  (the Local Planning Authority) and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to this pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review. The draft application submission provided via the links under ‘Supporting Information’ below.
